Who This is For

You've tried treatment, but it hasn't worked the way you expected

Your diagnosis or plan doesn’t fully make sense

You’ve made progress but you still feel stuck

A one-time consultation to identify what’s been missed and give you a clear next step.

Takes ~2 minutes ·  No commitment

Common Situations We See

  • You’ve tried multiple medications without meaningful improvement

  • Anxiety or mood symptoms that keep coming back

  • Uncertainty around your diagnosis and symptom overlap

  • Past trauma that still feels unresolved

  • You’re on several medications, but not sure what’s actually helping

If this resonates — even if your situation looks different — this may still be right for you.

When standard care fails, a different approach is needed.

How This is Different

A deeper, structured evaluation
We carefully evaluate your full history, prior treatments, and symptom patterns over time in a 90–120 minute consultation.

So your case is finally understood in context, not reduced to isolated symptoms.

Focus on why treatment hasn't worked

We analyze your treatment history to identify patterns, gaps, and overlooked factors.

So you're no longer guessing what to try next and can move forward with clarity.

Expertise for complex cases

We identify how your symptoms overlap and what’s contributing across medical, psychiatric, and environmental factors.

So your situation is clarified, not oversimplified.

Time to actually think through your case

We review your records before the visit, spend 90–120 minutes in a focused consultation, and continue the work afterward with careful synthesis.

So your case is fully worked through, not just briefly discussed.

A synthesized, big-picture understanding

We integrate your symptoms, history, and treatment responses into a single, cohesive understanding of what’s actually going on.

So you can clearly see how everything fits together, not just as separate pieces.

Clear, individualized recommendations

We provide specific, prioritized recommendations based on your full evaluation, including medication, therapy, and advanced treatment options.

So you leave with a plan you can act on and confidently share with your providers.

If you’re ready for a more precise and structured approach, this is where it begins.

Here's what to expect.

Gerald Richardson, MD
Harvard-Educated, Board-Certified Psychiatrist

I specialize in complex psychiatric cases where prior treatment has not led to clear answers or meaningful improvement.

My approach is intentionally more in-depth than standard outpatient care. It includes extended evaluation time, detailed review of prior records, and careful consideration of medical, psychological, and social contributors that are often overlooked.

I identify what has been missed across diagnosis, treatment strategy, and contributing factors by synthesizing patterns over time and clarifying overlapping symptoms.

The result is a more precise understanding of your condition and a clearer set of options, including specific medication, therapy, and neuromodulation recommendations when appropriate.

You leave with a structured, actionable plan that can be confidently implemented and easily communicated to other providers.

This work is grounded in advanced diagnostic training and experience with high-complexity cases. I served as Chief Psychiatry Resident with top 1% national performance on standardized psychiatric examinations and received national recognition from the American Psychiatric Association. I also have advanced training in neuromodulation, including ECT, TMS, and ketamine, and work with complex cases in both clinical and forensic settings.

This evaluation is designed for cases that require depth, precision, and clinical judgment beyond standard outpatient care.

If prior treatment hasn’t gotten you where you need to be, this is the next step.
